How it works

1. Purchase your Personalized Video Coaster Set (4 coasters)

2. You’ll receive a private upload link by email

3. Upload either:

   • Up to 4 videos (5 minutes max each), or

   • 1 video (20 minutes max)

     Max file size:2 GB per video

     Video quality:1080p recommended for fastest upload and best compatibility (4K is OK if it stays under 2 GB)

4. We upload your videos as an Unlisted YouTube playlist and engrave your custom QR code on all 4 coasters

5. We ship your finished set

Video ownership

By uploading, you confirm the videos are yours (or you have permission) and contain no copyrighted music, and you consent to us uploading them to YouTube as Unlisted for QR playback.

Please do not upload pornography/sexual content, nudity, graphic violence, hate/extremist content, illegal activity, or harassment. Lava Coasts may refuse any upload that violates these rules and will request a replacement video.
